Also using this operator can update or link any age person's mobile number. Here no need for the full biometric system to enroll a child who is less than 5 years. Steps for Using CELC :
1- Installation
Installation is the first and very easy process of the CELC App in which you have to just click on the download link and it will download and install in your phone or tablet easily. If you have antivirus security in your phone or tablet then after installation of the application antivirus will scan that application and check security threats. If all is good then the antivirus security app will allow you to open CELC app on your phone or tablet.
2- Registration
In the second step of using the CELC app, you have to register yourself provided by UIDAI for work on the CELC application. First, you have to enter your Registrar code after that you have to fill Enrollment agency and Station Id after this you have to enter your Location Id provided by the enrollment agency. After filling above information, Now finally you have to enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD then click on register.
