Open Actions Panel
Open Adobe Photoshop 7. Go to the top menu bar, click on Window and check Actions (or press Alt+F9). The Actions panel will appear on your screen.
Access the Menu
Click the small arrow/hamburger button in the top right corner of the Actions panel.
Load the File
Select Load Actions... from the dropdown. Navigate to your downloads folder, select the .ATN file you downloaded earlier, and click Load.

Open Image & Crop
Open the photo you want to convert. Select the Crop Tool (C) and set the exact parameters in the top options bar:
